Adult Home
Our Adult Home enables and promotes our residents to maintain their
independence while comforted by having someone there caring for their needs. Residents
may reside in private or semi-private rooms, and receive nursing, rehabilitation, medical
supplies and assistance with Activities of Daily Living as necessary.
Assisted Living Program
The Assisted Living Program (ALP) is a New York State Dept. of Health Liscensed program
which is funded through Medicaid. Thereby providing optimal
care at minimal expense to the resident and/or family. The ALP
is an alternative to nursing home care that enables nursing home
eligible people to receive home health services in the Assisted
Living setting. The ALP provides a 24-hour-a-day program with
RN oversight. These services can include but are not limited to:
Personal Care Services
- Communal Dining three times daily
- Housekeeping, laundry and linen services
- Social, Recreational & Religious programs
- Medication assistance/supervision
- Care Management
Medical Assistance Services
- Rehabilitation
- Home Health Aide Services
- Emergency Response Services
- Medical Supplies and Equipment
- Adult Day Health Care
